Paul A Young produces Europe’s first whole bean chocolate bars. From his first shop at Camden Passage in Islington, he is now one of the top chocolatiers in the UK with four stores around the city.
But this is only one of the latest innovations and trends in the chocolate scene here at the capital. Among bean-to-bar chocolates and water ganache, are chilli dark chocolates or black pudding truffles exotic enough? With these range of new adventurous selection, is London becoming a centre for expertise when it comes to developing new types and flavour of chocolates?

Polar Plunge launch in London
Special Olympics Great Britain launched the Polar Plunge in London. It was celebrated at the iconic Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Although, it’s already a popular countryside sensation, it was the first time that the event is happening in the city.
